What I Do
I follow a 4-step process to bring your vision to life and deliver a fully finished website.
Discovery Call
We talk (usually on Zoom or phone) about your vision for your website, the number of pages you want, and any requirements you might have. I can also answer any questions you have at this point and give suggestions.
Content Transfer
After our discovery call, you will send over any content you want included on your website. This might include text, images, logos, brand colors, or other graphics. This material will help shape your website's design and layout.
Building & Revisions
Using the content you provided in Step 2, I will begin building out your website. I will check in regularly and schedule revision meetings to get your feedback. The timeline and number of revisions will depend on your selected package.
Launch
After completing revisions and ensuring everything meets your expectations, your website will be ready to go live. We will launch it to the world and ensure it's functioning perfectly for your audience!

Frequently asked questions
This depends on which of the three website options you choose as well as any additional pages or functionality you might need. The Starter Website can take around 2–3 weeks to complete, the Advanced Website around 4–5 weeks, and the Premium Website around 6–8 weeks.
I ask for a 50% upfront payment before I begin working on your project, with the remaining 50% due once the website is completed. I will be sending an invoice at each of these stages, and you will be able to pay either via an e-transfer or credit card.
Absolutely. All of my websites are fully responsive, meaning they are optimized to look great and function seamlessly on all devices, including smartphones, tablets, and desktops.
You will have two options when it comes to editing or updating your website once it is completed: doing it yourself or getting me to do it for you. If you choose to do it yourself, I will provide you with some training material on how you can do this on your own. If you would rather have me do the edits and updates or if your website contains complex functionality that requires my help, I can make the necessary changes for you at my hourly rate of $60.00/hour. I also offer clients a monthly subscription option of $30.00/month to have me on a retainer for occasional small edits and updates, if you prefer to completely delegate this task away. This way, you can just send me an email whenever you need something done and I will make the update as soon as possible.
Only the standard expenses associated with having a live website — domain and hosting. Domain payments are usually done on a yearly basis, and hosting can be either monthly or yearly. If you start out not having any of these services, I will help you set them up and then you can add your credit card information right on the platforms to have them bill you automatically. Other possible recurring expenses can include:
- Custom Email Address – if you decide to have an email ending in @yourwebsitename.com, this will be an additional small monthly expense.
- Advanced Website Features – if your website requires advanced functionality such as scheduling, online shop, etc., additional expenses might apply.
- My Services – with regards to my services, you will only incur recurring expenses if you choose to have me on a monthly retainer (currently $30.00/month) for editing/updating/maintaining your website. For occasional help, you will only be billed on a PAYG (Pay-As-You-Go) basis at my current hourly rate of $60.00/hour.
After your website launches and you find yourself needing further help from me, I can do so at my hourly rate of $60.00/hour. If you want to delegate away your website updates and maintenance completely, you also have the option of having me on a monthly retainer (currently $30.00/month) for editing/updating/maintaining your website.
